Owner and Operator
Ryan was born and raised in Rhinelander, WI and is a 1996 graduate of Rhinelander High School. He began working for Pitlik and Wick, INC during his high school summers in 1994, with his father, Tony. He joined a paving crew for 3 years and then went back to working with his father, prepping driveways. He worked with his father for 3 more years, until he finally took over his own crew as foreman. He worked at Pitlik and Wick for 24 years before in 2018, he decided to “grab the bull by the horns” and start his own company.

Ryan enjoys camping, four-wheeling, hunting, snowmobiling and fishing.

 

Owner and Business Manager
A 1998 graduate of Rhinelander High School. She worked at Pitlik and Wick, INC for a total of 17 years. From 2010-2020 she worked as the in-house Quality Control lab manager until March of 2020 when she decided to work full time for Ryan Pitlik and Sons as the Business and Office Manager.
Dawn’s experience and knowledge in quality control of Hot mix asphalt, Aggregates, as well as redi-mix concrete, is vital to the business.

Dawn loves to cook, garden, four-wheel, snowmobile and spend time with her family.
 

Our oldest, Gavyn graduated Highschool in 2021 and immediately obtained his Commercial Driver’s
license in the summer of 2021. He is currently our #1 dumptruck driver. He has also taken an interest in learning to run equipment, especially the excavator and grader. Gavyn loves music, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, hanging with his friends, camping, and family vacations.

 

Our youngest, Braydon, just graduated Highschool in the Spring of 2022. He has worked with Ryan
during the summer since 2018 and loves to run the skid loader and compactor, as well as loading and
unloading the equipment for his Dad. He plans on obtaining his Commercial Driver’s license over
winter.

In his free time, Braydon loves tinkering and building, as well as hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, snow-mobiling, camping and spending time with family.

 

We love spending time together as a family, which also includes our 4 dogs, Onyx, Jasper, Rizzo, and Twig!
